Welcome
Walking, hiking and motorcoach tours.
Welcome to ‘Tours by Stella’ featuring walking and hiking tours, in addition to motorcoach step-on-guide services, in the Great Smoky Mountains and its surrounding areas.
Stella has over 20 years of experience in the tourism and hospitality industries, which includes working with some of the top rated tour operators, hotel chains and vacation resorts around the country. She is an expert at planning vacations in the New York New England area, the US Southwest region, and The Great Smoky Mountains, where she currently resides.
In addition to planning vacations, Stella is an avid outdoor enthusiast and, first and foremost, thoroughly enjoys connecting people to the outdoors. She has now branched out from the organizations that she’s helped to build over the years, and has started her own company taking people for guided hikes and historic nature walks. Stella makes sure all of her guests leave with beautiful photos and fun memories of their Smoky Mountain visit.
Stella’s professional credentials include being legally permitted to do business in the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, as she has obtained a Commercial Use Authorization permit from the National Park Service. Stella is CPR and First Aid certified, she is an REI Outdoors Lifetime Member and she is a Certified Interpretive Guide with the National Association for Interpretation.
Stella is strongly convicted in the idea that it’s human nature to stay connected to nature, and that this connection is an essential part of a positive and healthy life. She looks forward to seeing you out on the trails.
